Our wedding 

October 22nd was a day to remember. After 10 years together Karina and I officially said our “yes” to each other. I did very little to help with the organization, because of all my racing/ training/ travelling. It was almost all her work, and it was beautiful!

It was quite simple but phenomenal. The ceremony happened at one of our favorite beaches, during sunset. My Best Man and brother was also the minister, and he had us all in tears with the beautiful speech he delivered. Short, sweet, and powerful, the whole thing  lasted about 15 minutes. We had our sweet new dog Pogo be the ring bearer. It was originally going to be our little Yoda, but he is resting in heaven now. I did have his collar in my pocket, I also always have it on my races. It’s a talisman:)

We had great friends flying in all the way from Brazil, which tells a lot about our friendship. With the crisis in Brasil right now, USA is NOT a cheap place.
