Two Thousand Fourteen in review

Hello Possabilities folks! What a great year it was… I must say it was one the best of my life.

I grew a lot as an athlete. Grew stronger, and smarter. The results show the amount of work and dedication that go into it. And as always, I still have a lot to improve, that’s what keeps it exciting!

PossAbilities had great news with the partnering with Quest Diagnostics, a great addition to the Team. Welcome Quest!

Never forgetting, of course, our Founding Partners San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. Without their continuous help we probably would not be here today.

I travelled and competed at quite different locations. I am extremely grateful for that. Some new places and experiences that I won’t forget. It’s always exciting/tense the days leading to a race, and all part of the adventure. Besides being an ambassador for Team PossAbilities, now I am also on Team Brazil for Paratriathlon, and that is very special. It validates all that we have been working towards.

Hawaii was also a very special trip, in February. Besides participating in a movie, I also trained, competed on a race and surfed a lot. And we got engaged on the beautiful Island of Oahu!

Trek gave me the best gift they could ever give, a super special Time Trial Bike that belonged to a living legend, Jens Voigt. That was such an honor! It has been helping to up my cycling game:)

Lots of friends and family were seen during my vacation in Brazil. The “grand finale” was winning an important event in my homeland. That was priceless, and put me in a good place in terms of ratings towards our Big Goal.

The support I get from all of you readers, managers, Coach, sponsors, partners, family, friends and loved ones is priceless. I would like to send that love back to all of you times two!

Thank you all so much for being in my circle. May 2015 be a blessed year to all of you.
